Use any other State Farm agent. The 2 ladies that handle most of the requests are 2 of the worst agents I’ve ever dealt with. They tell you they will call you back in a half hour, never do. They tell you their network connection goes down when it’s windy and raining only to find out they are working with another customer when you call back 90mins later. They pay no attention to details, don’t read emails. I could keep going but in the end, I would recommend you contact another agent. I’m not sure how State Farm lets them remain as a company agent.
